We scheduled residential carpet cleaning service for our bottom floor but ended up doing the entire house. We also needed a pet treatment to try and get some urine smells out. I know those are tough and there is no guarantee, but that's the primary reason we wanted to get the carpets steam cleaned and deodorized. Service was great (they achieved the carpet stain removal we were looking for) and very professional. Pricing was stated up front with no hidden fees and we didn't feel pressured. We asked for the extra stuff to add on after all. We did leather sofa upholstery cleaning because our dog likes to lay up on the couches and leave their hair and smells on them. Our friend told us we should try mattress cleaning so we did and will never look back. They did a good job, especially getting rid of the smells on the sofa, carpet and Persian rug cleaning. It's been a little over two weeks and the flooring still smells much better and looks like new. Even though we didn't call them for emergency carpet cleaning or have a huge house, we still felt like they treated us as a priority.
